What makes a good leader? What are the qualities that others respond to and follow? 

Being a leader is never an easy role and leaders often face challenges that would stop many of us. 

The Changemakers in the Leadership theme are known as pace setters and powerful individuals by their peers in the disability community. As the head or director of a large organization, or perhaps by modeling an example of leadership for others. 

Who are these influential disabled people and how are they leading in their Bay Area communities?
